Recovery Planning & Recovery Capital

Person-centered recovery planning that honors your goals, strengths, and aspirations — developed with you, never imposed.

Our Approach

At PRM, recovery planning begins with you. Your peer support specialist works alongside you to identify your goals, strengths, supports, and next steps. Recovery plans are living documents — they grow and change as you do.

We focus on building recovery capital — the internal and external resources that support sustained recovery, including health, housing, purpose, community, and faith.

Goal-Centered

Goals are developed collaboratively, reflecting what matters most to you.

Strengths-Based

We identify what's already working and build from your strengths.

Holistic

Recovery capital spans health, home, purpose, community, and spiritual life.

Supported

Your peer walks alongside you, providing encouragement and accountability.
